Technical Trainer

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Trainer to deliver training for the Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) in Electronics Manufacturing Services program. The trainer will play a key role in bridging academic learning with industry practices by training students at the Schneider Electric Hyderabad facility, in collaboration with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).

• Deliver classroom and practical training sessions for B.Voc students in Electronics Manufacturing Services.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, training materials, and assessment methods aligned with TISS curriculum.
• Provide hands-on training in electronics manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards.
• Mentor and guide students during their On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the Schneider Electric facility.
• Monitor student progress, maintain attendance and performance records, and share periodic feedback.
• Collaborate with industry supervisors and academic coordinators to ensure smooth execution of the program.

Support student projects, assessments, and skill development activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
