English Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language and literature, fostering a love for reading and writing, and helping students develop strong communication and analytical skills. The teacher should create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and literature.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication in students.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress through assignments, exams, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to improve learning outcomes.
• Develop lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
• Incorporate modern teaching methods, technology, and interactive activities in the classroom.
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as debates, drama, or literary clubs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching certification/license (as required by local regulations).
• Proven experience as an English teacher or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of English language and literature.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
