About the Role:

Corporate Technical Trainer

This role is crucial in driving internal knowledge enhancement, employee upskilling, and technical onboarding through structured and impactful training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training sessions for internal teams.
  
• Conduct hands-on workshops and training on:
  
• SQL & PL/SQL
  
• Oracle APEX Development
  
• Oracle Forms & Reports (D2K)
  
• Develop training material, manuals, and guides tailored to business requirements.
  
• Customize and update technical training content as per latest versions and tools.
  
• Conduct post-training assessments and provide feedback reports.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and technical heads to identify learning needs.
  
• Mentor junior developers/employees and support their technical skill advancement.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).
  
• 4+ years of corporate training experience in technical subjects.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  
• SQL and PL/SQL
  
• Oracle APEX
  
• Oracle Forms & Reports (D2K)
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Experience in instructional design and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  
• Ability to conduct training both for freshers and experienced professionals.
