Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Rajpura for a Technical Trainer cum Developer. The role requires delivering high-quality technical training sessions, developing training materials, and mentoring students to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. The Technical Trainer cum Developer will work closely with academic teams to design, assess, and implement training programs. In addition, the role involves supporting students in understanding and applying technical concepts effectively, maintaining updated knowledge of technological advancements, and contributing to the development of innovative learning methodologies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Training, Technical Trainers, and Training & Development
• Proven ability to implement and deliver effective Training programs
• Excellent Communication skills for teaching, guiding, and interacting with students
• Strong understanding of both theoretical and practical technical concepts
• A degree in a related technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or IT
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Technical certifications or up-to-date knowledge in relevant technologies is an advantage
• Passion for teaching and fostering student learning and development.

Must

1) In depth knowldege of various data Structures

2) Expertise in one programming language(pref -Java)

3) Intermediate experince on MERN stack

4)Have worked on Industry projects.
