Job Description

1. Should be qualified with either a Degree or a diploma in Automobile / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

2. Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in the training function in the

auto industry.

The Role includes the preparation of a small Training PPT, class room presentation of technical aspects, followed by a practical demonstration of the same on a vehicle.

- should have the ability to understand and present the basic functioning and application of simple measuring instruments and dongles for measurement and diagnostics in the auto industry.

- Should have the ability to understand the dealer staff Training needs, fine tune Training module suitably.

- Should be ready to visit the field and conduct OJTs.

- Should have an aptitude for teaching/ training.
