Job Description

Job Objective:

To drive sales and market share of spare parts by developing strong distributor and dealer networks, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Promote and sell spare parts to retailers and workshops.

2.Achieve monthly, quarterly, annually sales targets.

3.Identify and develop new markets and customer segments.

4.Search & register mechanics in Mechanic Loyalty Program.

5.Monitor and improve distributor performance and inventory levels.

6.Conduct regular visits to market for relationship building and support.

7.Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, mechanic meets, and promotional activities.

8.Ensure branding and visibility of spare parts in the market.

9.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.

10.Maintain accurate sales data, customer records, and stock reports.

11.Prepare and submit periodic sales performance reports to management.

12.Handle complaints related to spare parts quality or delivery.

Key Skills Required:

1.Strong communication and negotiation skills

2.Knowledge of automobile spare parts and market dynamics

3.Ability to travel extensively

4.Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, PPT, etc.)

5.Team player with result-oriented mindset
