"On My Own Technology©" is an integrated Robotics Institute for children of all ages, stimulating scientific and creative thinking in young minds through STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education. Our core purpose is to build a seamless synergy of mind that explores, experiments, builds, programmes, and runs ideas to aid innovation and automation. We aim to simplify conceptual knowledge by providing an environment where there is practical learning, generating ideas, and executing them through research and implementation.


Role Description


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Team Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site position that will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating the technical team's various tasks and projects.


Key Responsibilities


- Assist in project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

-Organise and facilitate team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.

- Coordinate with different stakeholders, including sales, other departments, and external parties, to ensure smooth project execution.

- Provide administrative support to the technical team, including scheduling.

- Handle project and task assignments for other departments, ensuring clear communication and timely completion.

- Coordinate with inventory and procurement

- Manage the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles

- Track project progress, identify potential red flags, and escalate issues as needed

- Assist in the preparation and publication of project-related documents and reports

- Prepare and maintain project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines

- Take and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items


Requirements


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering)

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

- Familiarity with STEAM education and robotics is a plus

- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed

- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is an advantage
