Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the team in Chennai, India, your primary responsibilities will include responding to client/partners queries/issues through voice and non-voice support. You will also assist clients/partners in troubleshooting, rectifying issues, and closing the query/issue. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to client/partners queries/issues through voice and non-voice support - Assist clients/partners in troubleshooting - Rectify issues and close the query/issue Qualifications Required: - Graduates/Post Graduates in Maths/Computer Science or Professional Degrees in Computer Science/ECE/EE - 0-4 years of experience (Prior experience is a plus but not expected) Skills and Competencies: - Good in English (Verbal and Written) - Good Communication Skills - Good Problem Solving skills - Willingness to learn technical concepts regarding software products - Reasonable Analytical Skills - Business Acumen - Industry knowledge - Good Team Player Additional Details: Candidates should have the right attitude and show good commitment. Prior experience with technical support for a hardware/software product is a major plus. Previous experience talking to US/UK customers is also considered a major plus. Note: Shift timings for this position are in the US Shift (6 PM to 4 AM) with rotational shifts as well.
