Job Description

We are seeking a skilled L2 Technical Support professional to provide advanced technical assistance and support across a range of IT systems and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with video conferencing, Microsoft technologies, and general IT troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical troubleshooting and support for Windows and MAC operating systems.
Manage and support mobile devices, hardware, and software issues.
Administer Active Directory and support telephony and audio/video systems.
Handle video conferencing setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Support networking, IT infrastructure, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Escalate complex issues and work with IT teams to resolve technical problems.
Maintain documentation of issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

Video Conferencing
Microsoft Intune
ITIL practices
Active Directory administration
Windows and MAC OS troubleshooting
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL Certification
Microsoft MCITP Certification

Education:

B.Tech, BE, or other Engineering Graduates
