As a Technical Support Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers and ensuring their success. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Provide 24x7 technical support on a rotational shift basis - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms - Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat channels - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product support - Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Must-have SQL knowledge - Understanding of APIs - Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus - Familiarity with ticketing tools - At least 3 years of experience in technical support or related roles - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills If you are a tech-savvy problem solver looking to advance your career in a fast-paced and supportive environment, we encourage you to join our Walk-In Interview Drive for the position of Technical Support Engineer.
