Technical Support

Job Description: You will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to customers through various channels such as phone, email, or chat. Your key responsibilities will include guiding customers through step-by-step problem-solving processes, collaborating with product and development teams to address recurring issues, staying updated on product knowledge, system updates, and industry trends to deliver the best support possible. Additionally, you will contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Participation in regular training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge will also be part of your role.
