Tester

Role Overview: As a Tester, you will be responsible for developing, documenting, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications. You will perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, bugs, and issues in software applications. Collaboration with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential risks or issues will be a key part of your role. Reporting and tracking bugs, as well as conducting regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not negatively impacted by new features or changes, are also essential responsibilities. Additionally, you will continuously work on improving testing processes, tools, and methodologies while staying updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications. - Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, bugs, and issues in software applications. - Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential risks or issues. - Report and track bugs, providing detailed documentation to help developers reproduce and fix issues. - Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. - Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies. - Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends.
