ABOUT THE PROCESS:

We are hiring for our Technical Support Voice Process, focused on resolving printer-related software issues such as installation, offline errors, driver problems, connectivity troubleshooting, and more. This role includes both technical troubleshooting and sales conversions, offering comprehensive support to customers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for technical printer support.
• Understand customer issues and recommend suitable paid plans.
• Convert calls into successful tech support subscriptions.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Mandatory: Minimum 1-year experience in a Technical Support Voice Process.
• Background in Antivirus Support, Microsoft Support, Email Support, or Printer Campaigns is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication and sales skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
