Technical Support Specialist

You will be joining a fast-growing US-based company as a Hardware Technician based in Ahmedabad, India. Your main responsibilities will include: - Configuring hardware bundles for the retail point-of-sale system - Assisting customers in diagnosing and troubleshooting defective hardware - Conducting warranty repairs and coordinating with manufacturers for warranty claims - Supporting software technicians in helping customers - Creating documentation and guides for software and hardware You will need to work evening and night shifts to cover the US-based time zone and be physically present in the office in Iskon Crossroads, Ahmedabad. Your shifts will be 10 hours with a 1-hour break for 5 rotating days a week, with 2 holidays per week. Fluency in English is a must for this role.
