Key Highlights:
✔ Technical & customer support via ticketing system
✔ Escalation management & issue resolution
✔ Collaboration with global teams
✔ Reporting, root cause analysis & process improvement
✔ Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Requirements:
🔹 2–5 years in BPO/International Voice (Blended)
🔹 Technical graduate (BCA/B.Tech/B.E.)
🔹 Excellent communication & customer handling skills
