Job Description

As a Technical Support Executive (Hardware & Networking) at IILM University, Gurugram, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for hardware and networking issues. You will be required to troubleshoot user queries and promptly resolve technical grievances to ensure customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware, networking, and basic software issues. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with at least 2 years of technical support experience. You must possess a strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also essential for this position.,
