Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Good understanding of

  cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, CNC tooling

• Knowledge of

  production processes / machining / manufacturing

• Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues with customers
• Strong coordination with sales team and technical engineers
• Excellent communication & customer-handling skills
• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide

  technical support

  to sales team & customers
• Prepare

  quotations, product selections, and technical documents

• Support sales visits with technical inputs
• Handle customer enquiries related to tooling & machining
• Maintain customer data, order follow-ups & CRM activity
• Assist in tool trials and performance evaluation
• Support marketing activities & product presentations
