Position: Sales Support Technical Location: Gurugram (IMT Manesar), Haryana Company: Korloy India Tooling Pvt. Ltd. Role: Sales Support Technical (Cutting Tools & Production) Korloy India is looking for a motivated candidate with strong technical knowledge in cutting tools, machining processes, and production operations , to support our sales and customer-technical teams. Required Skills & Knowledge: Good understanding of cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, CNC tooling Knowledge of production processes / machining / manufacturing Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues with customers Strong coordination with sales team and technical engineers Excellent communication & customer-handling skills Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred Responsibilities: Provide technical support to sales team & customers Prepare quotations, product selections, and technical documents Support sales visits with technical inputs Handle customer enquiries related to tooling & machining Maintain customer data, order follow-ups & CRM activity Assist in tool trials and performance evaluation Support marketing activities & product presentations
