  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers regarding technical issues

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, or connectivity problems

  • Record and update customer details and resolutions in the system

  • Meet key performance metrics such as call quality, first call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 0 to 2 years in Technical Support / Customer Support / Voice Process / BPO

  • Good communication skills in English and regional languages (English + Hindi preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and troubleshooting

  • Comfortable working in rotational day shifts

  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
