Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers regarding technical issues

Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, or connectivity problems

Record and update customer details and resolutions in the system

Meet key performance metrics such as call quality, first call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Job Requirements:

Experience: 0 to 2 years in Technical Support / Customer Support / Voice Process / BPO

Good communication skills in English and regional languages (English + Hindi preferred)

Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and troubleshooting

Comfortable working in rotational day shifts
