Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and excellent communication skills, with proficiency in VMware administration, Linux administration, and troubleshooting.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints.
Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Experience in VMware administration, Linux administration, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Relevant experience in technical support or a related field.
BE, Msc, or MCA degree.
Mandatory skills include good communication skills, VMware admin/Linux admin, and experience in troubleshooting and virtualization.
