Technical Support professional - ASP.NET C#; C#.NET; C Sharp

What you will be doing

As a Product Support Representative-L3 team, your daily work will be to assist the Ambit Asset Finance clients issues, debug those and provide the solution and enhancing the existing functionality of the product. The team is distributed across different countries, and you will need to collaborate effectively with them.

In addition to development work, you will also be accountable for providing support to the CS/PS team in resolving priority production issues.

As part of your role, you should be quality-focused and take ownership of situations and tasks. You will challenge team members on the requirements, feature value, and impact on team velocity. You will be proactive in learning new things, research best solutions for the requirement.

Key responsibilities:

• Incident management

• Act as the point of contact within a global support structure for diagnosis and resolution of incidents.
• Engage directly with clients to resolve incidents.
• Periodically fulfil on-call responsibilities to provide 24x7 support capabilities for major incidents.
• Provide immediate resolution in the shape of workarounds or scripts to address high priority incidents.

• In addition to this, to cover the technical administrator part of this:
• Server administration North America Asset Finance projects will be getting an FTP server for NA clients. Resource needs to maintain passwords,keep xls updated with password activity,provide client access to the server (i.e. handle any whitelisting issues), manage users of the server, manage space on the server.
• Database admin preferable to have SQL knowledge,main item we need help with is making space available for the various client files.
• Assist CX teams with technical setup of the AF application specifically assisting CX to get the application loaded locally.
• Azure server management
• ORACLE basic knowledge
• Client relationship building

What you bring:

• Min 7+ years of experience on technical.
• Previous experience in a technical support role is essential, with a strong and unrelenting dedication to customer success is imperative.
• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional experience in software development, systems analysis, design, and architecture
• Experience with relational databases Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
• Experience with APIs, AZURE, Powershell, memory dumps/event logs good to have
• Experience with reading C# and a good understanding of Object-oriented development would be highly desirable.
• Sound analytical, design and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of numeracy and a capacity for complex concepts. i.e debugging codes and understanding the issues.
• A positive, proactive and professional attitude a team player who can also work independently under minimum supervision.

Added bonus if you have

• Experience in Accounting or Leasing would be highly beneficial.
• Previous programming experience will stand you to good stead when analysing complex financial issues.
• Note: This is not a developer role.
• English language skills required.
