· Oversee and supervise any design related technical information of architectural hardware products of the company, flowing to the customer.
· Oversee and assess technical specifications of hardware being made by the technical support engineer and adhere to timelines of submission.
· Meetings with new and existing clients, developers, architects, consultants, system company and software companies as per threshold defined in annual key result area report.
· New product development and approvals basis vendor comparisons.
· Give technical training on products (machine/hardware/integrated lighting and smoke vent solutions) to internal team members as per training schedule.
