Job Description

· Specify and suggest architectural hardware for projects.

· Prepare technical specifications of products in accordance with customer requirements.

· Analyze technical complaints and suggest resolutions. Also give technical presentations as required.

· Serve as primary contact and representative to regional operations leadership for all issues involving Technical Services and Support.

· Train new employees, clients etc. for hardware

· Initiate collaborative efforts by sharing key learning, effective processes and related best practices with peers at the regional and Company level

Support the implementation of proposed technology projects including providing oversight in the planning and execution phases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
