We specialize in cloud telephony, unified communication systems, and VoIP innovations designed to meet the dynamic needs of modern enterprises. Required Skills: Strong experience with FreePBX / Asterisk systems. Expertise in auto-provisioning IP phones using XML, DHCP options, and provisioning servers. Deep understanding of SIP protocol, NAT traversal, codecs, RTP/RTCP, and related technologies. Familiarity with network troubleshooting (firewalls, routers, switches). Hands-on experience with VoIP devices (e.g., Yealink, Cisco, Grandstream). Ability to analyze SIP logs using tools like Wireshark or sngrep.
