Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor application and network performance using Dynatrace and supporting tools.
  • Perform L2 troubleshooting, resolving incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Handle Incident Management, ensuring timely escalation and closure.
  • Utilize monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, and other observability platforms.
  • Work with ServiceNow for ticket management, updates, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive resolution.
  • Provide proactive support to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in Dynatrace, Splunk, and New Relic
  • Hands-on expertise in network monitoring and application support operations
  • Knowledge of incident management processes and ITIL methodology
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow ticketing and documentation
  • Ability to perform L2 troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Experience supporting high-availability production applications
  • Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills
