Job Description

The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing efficient and timely technical assistance for the university s websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. This role involves troubleshooting issues, responding to queries from students, faculty, and staff across all campuses, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the university s online systems. The candidate must be willing to travel across all university campuses as required.

    Technical Skills:


    • Familiarity with website content management o Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and mobile app interfaces.

    • Understanding of database basics and ticketing systems.

    • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
    • Ability to handle multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.
    • 0-3 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
