Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Your Role:

  • Handle inbound customer interactions professionally
  • Manage ticket routing efficiently and direct issues to the right teams for quick resolution
  • Able to manage application related issues, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring smooth application functionality
  • Support business users for a critical application and associated systems and resolve or redirect to appropriate IT teams for fixes
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Meet performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Your Profile:Schedulers/ Resource Planning analysts

  • Minimum bachelors degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of Service desk and JIRA applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Good understating of MS tools – Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with contact centre technologies
  • Problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre is mandatory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
  • Strong emotional intelligence to manage difficult customer interactions
  • Proficient in documentation with good typing skills
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and customer expectations
  • Willingness to learn and improve through training and feedback
  • Ready to work in Night shifts
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
