Technical Support Executive

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to client's IT support requests promptly. You will also be required to reply to helpdesk and support emails and inquiries in a timely manner. Providing remote IT technical support to clients" computer systems, including Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Networks, Email, WiFi, and Printers will be a key part of your role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing software, networking, or hardware issues and resolving them remotely. - Monitoring and maintaining Windows Servers, Networks, backups, Desktops, and Laptops under a support contract using RMM. - Monitoring and maintaining Antivirus and Email security under a support contract. - Coordinating with the on-site support team to fix issues and deliver high-quality support service to clients. - Tracking and monitoring ongoing jobs and support activities. - Managing, maintaining, updating, and monitoring the HELP-DESK Ticketing system daily with accurate and timely information. - Utilizing ODBC Connection knowledge effectively. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in providing IT support and technical assistance to clients. - Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Networks, and desktop systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Relevant certifications in IT support or related field will be an advantage.
