Job Title: Technical Support Agent – International Process
Location: NSP, Pitampura
Shift: US Shift (9 pm to 6 am)
Working Days: 5 days working (Weekends Off)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in International Technical Support (on paper)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Agent to join our international support team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience handling technical support queries for international clients, with a strong foundation in IT and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat to international customers.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues effectively and promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through professionalism and technical knowledge.
• Follow standard operating procedures and SLA compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international technical support (voice/email/chat).
• Graduate in BCA, B.Sc (IT), or equivalent IT background is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware components, networking, and troubleshooting basics.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Flexible to work in rotational or fixed international shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
