Job Title: Technical Support Agent – International Process Location: NSP, Pitampura Shift: US Shift (9 pm to 6 am) Working Days: 5 days working (Weekends Off) Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in International Technical Support (on paper) Only male candidates are required Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Agent to join our international support team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience handling technical support queries for international clients, with a strong foundation in IT and troubleshooting. Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat to international customers. Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues effectively and promptly. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure timely resolution. Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided. Ensure excellent customer experience through professionalism and technical knowledge. Follow standard operating procedures and SLA compliance. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in international technical support (voice/email/chat). Graduate in BCA, B.Sc (IT), or equivalent IT background is mandatory . Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written. Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware components, networking, and troubleshooting basics. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Flexible to work in rotational or fixed international shifts.
