Job Responsibilities – Technical Support Engineer

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or onsite.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware/network issues and escalate if required.

Installation & Configuration

• Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of systems at client locations.
• Support in setting up IT infrastructure, devices, and software as per company requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, manuals, and service reports.

Client Training & Demonstration

• Conduct training sessions and system demonstrations for end-users.
• Guide clients on best usage practices for smooth system operations.

Remote & Onsite Support

• Provide remote assistance or travel to customer sites for maintenance and support.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets.

Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Project teams for implementation and service delivery.
• Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to relevant departments.

Software Updates & Monitoring

• Assist in software updates, patches, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime as per SLA.

Compliance & Quality

• Adhere to company’s support protocols and documentation standards.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with safety and data security guidelines.

Learning & Development

• Continuously update knowledge on company products, new technologies, and support tools.
• Attend internal training sessions and certification programs as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
