Technical Support Executive

We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of systems, a passion for troubleshooting, and the ability to communicate effectively. The role involves providing technical assistance to clients, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist customers in resolving system-related problems, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions using the support ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to the senior technical support team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth issue resolution and service delivery.
• Stay updated on new technologies and system changes.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
• BTech in any discipline (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related fields).

Experience:

• 0-2 years of relevant technical support or customer service experience.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze technical problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Additional Preferences:

• Age below 27 years.
• Preference for candidates based in Malappuram or Calicut.
