Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and service-oriented Technical Support to join our EdTech operations team. The role involves providing on-ground and remote support for academic technology systems, ensuring smooth functioning of digital infrastructure used across classrooms, hostels, and live learning environments.

The ideal candidate should be quick at troubleshooting, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving issues efficiently to support uninterrupted learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. WiFi & Network Management

  • Ensure seamless WiFi connectivity across hostels and learning spaces.
  • Monitor network performance and take corrective action when issues arise.
  • Document and resolve connectivity problems reported by users in a timely manner.

2. CCTV System Maintenance

  • Ensure all CCTV cameras are operational, recording properly, and monitored regularly.
  • Diagnose and rectify CCTV-related issues as soon as they are reported.
  • Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for major repairs or system upgrades.

3. Technical Support for Classrooms

  • Ensure all classroom equipment remains functional for instructional use.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to projectors, amplifiers, microphones, student tablets, speakers, and other AV devices.
  • Perform routine checks on classroom technology to prevent disruptions during sessions.

4. Live Class Support

  • Guarantee stable and reliable internet connectivity for live online classes.
  • Identify and resolve real-time connectivity or technical issues affecting live teaching sessions.
  • Coordinate with instructors and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of live classes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the EdTech or IT services sector.
  • - Strong knowledge of networking basics, WiFi troubleshooting, and device configuration.
  • - Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and classroom AV equipment.
  • - Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple technical requests efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
