  • To look into issues and resolving quires.
  • Analysing corporate travel policies.
  • To resolve tickets representing staff - generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
  • Documentation of policies & Corporates Configuration.
  • Handling Corporate Employee Database Management Systems
  • Responding to Technological Failures and Concerns
  • Managing day to day issues raised in respective modules.


Required Skills:-

  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Knowledge of computer.
  • Phone & Email in Technical Support
  • Software & Technical Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
  • SQL Database Quires
  • PHP Language


Qualification & Experience:-

  • Graduate, Fresher or relevant experience of 1-2 years in Travel Background preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computing and Security Technology.
