1. Regional Team developments to make it technically competent.
2. Identify the potential in a team and groom individual as a specialist for different activities. (Example, Retro fitting/ electrical/ K connect program / Software upgrade / PM / remote commissioning)
3. Technical Support to Field Engineers and to customers.
4. Review, Monitor Complaint Register, act on long pending issues, analyze repetitive / > Target MTTR Complaints.
5. Share updated Complaint Register with QA on weekly basis. Submit Daily call report to TSM/head
6. Manpower deployment in coordination with SC.
7. Approve Warranty / CAMC Spares requests. And responsible for travel approval at 1 st level
8. Vendor assessment./technical/safety audits of engineers/site
9. Zero Hour complaint reporting and closing
10. Attending severe complaints.
11. Review Service reports, log readings from Chiller health point of view, and make recommendations.
12. Create, maintain, and add Reference Sites.
13. Visit to each branch in his Region: 3 days a month…. 1 Day for review, 2 days for courtesy visits.
14. Recommend Evaluate channel partners after thoroughly analyzing
15. Ensure and maximize leads generation through engineers and K connect.
16. Submit call analyses report to QA/engineering
17. Call /participate in review meetings with engineering regularly and technical team.
18. Report into TSM/Technical head/Delivery head
19. Ensure safe working and Implementation of Ho policy from time to time
20. Warranty claims approval
21. Installation and commissioning support to sales and technical support to sales team
