Job Description

We are seeking a proactive & self motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. The Technical support will play a key role in production, service, dispatch and supporting our sales representatives. and ensuring smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or on-site to customers.
Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our Electronics product portfolio.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively and promptly to minimize downtime for customers.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support activities, including customer issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
Feedback & Reporting: Communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to the R&D or product development teams for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and application teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Preference for candidates from software industry.
Hindi will be an added advantage
