Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, wiring, and commissioning of VFDs
Configure parameters and integrate drives with PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems
Conduct functional testing, performance verification, and troubleshooting
Provide on-site technical support and startup assistance
Prepare commissioning reports, documentation, and as-built drawings
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and customer requirements
Train maintenance personnel or end users on system operation and preventive maintenance
Collaborate with project engineers, clients, and OEMs during system integration
Assist in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in
Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
2-4 years of experience in
VFD commissioning, testing, or automation projects
Strong understanding of
motor control principles
and
industrial power systems
Hands-on experience with
VFD parameterization, communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel to project sites

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience with
PLC programming or SCADA systems
Certification or training in specific VFD brands (ABB, Siemens, etc.)
