About the Role:

We are seeking a Support Technician Engineer who can effectively coordinate and manage field operations, while providing basic technical assistance for the maintenance and troubleshooting of tolling and surveillance equipment at project sites. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills, along with a willingness to learn and support technical functions under guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of site activities.
• Support technical teams in monitoring and maintaining surveillance systems (barriers, cameras, sensors, etc.).
• Assist in resolving minor onsite issues or coordinate with senior engineers/vendors for technical support.
• Maintain records, logs, and daily reports (faults, lane status, site activities).
• Conduct follow-ups with vendors and clients to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and system downtime is minimized.
• Support administrative and documentation processes related to site performance and service quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech / ITI / Diploma) in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in field coordination, project management, or basic IT support.
• Basic understanding of networking, CCTV systems, and IT hardware (training will be provided as needed).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication (verbal & written) and documentation ability.
• Willing to travel or work at remote project locations as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Experience:

• CCTV CAMERAS: 3 years (Preferred)
• Technical support: 5 years (Preferred)
