Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineer with hands-on experience in modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) team.

You will be a key player in ensuring the operational stability of our client-facing web applications by resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes under the ITIL framework.

The ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.

Solid hands-on experience in web application development or support using React and/or Angular frameworks.

Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management principles (Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management).Provide technical support for applications built with React and Angular, addressing issues reported by users via a ticketing system (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow).Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues, including application faults, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problems.

Serve as the second level of support (L2), handling escalated issues from the helpdesk and collaborating with development teams for problem resolution.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and address the underlying causes of recurring incidents, documenting findings and recommended improvements.
