Job Description

We are looking for competent tech support engineer who will be responsible for directly supporting the customers and 3rd party partners working with Siemens SI. The product for which we are looking for tech. support experts is an IOT platform based on AWS ( BuildingX ) and associated services.

In your role you are required to directly interact with customers from Global customer base to effectively and proactively handle any support requests.

Youll win us over by:

Having Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in a cloud environment.
Mandatory : Familiarity with networking, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Mandatory : Proficiency with at least AWS as a cloud platform, if possible also one more of the major cloud platforms (Azure or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with cloud services such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity management.

Good To Have:

Experience on SQL IIS is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with BMS or Energy systems is also preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with BIM is preferred but not mandatory.
