5. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements –

1. 2+ years of experience in cloud, technical, product, or application support roles.
2. Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and software architectures.
3. Ability to read and understand Python or C# code.
4. Experience with relational databases (RDBMS) and strong SQL skills.
5. Willingness to work from office in rotational shifts and join immediately.
