Position Position: Technical Support Engineer Location: Bangalore, India What you will do At least five years experience in enterprise technical support role, preferably with a networking technology company Strong technical and problem-solving skills Excellent client handling skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle stress and work under pressure Fast self-learning and independent Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent What makes you an ideal candidate Strong Windows OSs knowledge Strong knowledge on Dockers and Containers Strong Unix/Linux skills Good understanding Java technology Knowledge on AWS / Azure cloud platform is a plus. Good understanding on VMware Esx environment Basic knowledge on databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Vertica) is a plus Understanding of TCP stack is desired Basic knowledge of programming languages/scripting Previous 2 to 3 years tech support Experience needed Excellent communications skills, both oral and written and also troubleshooting skills is a plus Minimum of BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent field, MS degree desired What we offer Benefits & Perks vary by Country.
