Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Support Engineer with strong experience in both Linux and Windows environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting our systems and services, ensuring that our products are properly configured, stable, and available to customers. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong technical expertise, and the capability to communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Linux and Windows-based systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Perform product configuration according to established guidelines and verify proper system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide clear and detailed product configuration guidance to customers.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and remote sessions to deliver technical support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support issues, resolutions, and system updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in Linux and Windows system administration.
• Strong knowledge of system monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting practices.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
