Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Installation and Configuration: Installing, removing, fixing, detecting, marking, and splicing copper and fiber cables. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with IT systems and equipment, performing repairs and replacements as needed Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.  Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.  Safety: Follow company safety procedures and regulations Skills and Qualifications: Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and build rapport Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems independently.  Education: High school diploma, ITI or equivalent, with relevant technical certifications or experience Experience: Prior experience as an IT technician or field service technician is preferred
