Role Overview: Join the Ansys Customer Excellence team to support customers with their LS-DYNA simulations and contribute to the growth of Ansys business. Utilize your engineering knowledge to provide technical post-sales support, tackle various technical challenges, and communicate customer feedback to enhance Ansys products. As part of a team of dedicated engineers, your role will involve delivering high-quality solutions to customers, expanding your expertise, experience, and impact on customer success. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with LS-DYNA and Ansys simulations. - Deliver prompt and top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. - Specialize in one or more simulation areas. - Contribute to enhancing Ansys software by reporting defects and suggesting improvements. - Create knowledge articles and share them on the Ansys forum. - Stay updated on new LS-DYNA and Ansys features to support new releases. - Support marketing and sales teams with demos and training materials as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of engineering degree. - Proficient in structural mechanics fundamentals. - Strong problem-solving skills and effective interpersonal/communication abilities. - Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team setting. - Fluent in both written and spoken English. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sense of urgency. - Demonstrates professionalism, business acumen, and a drive to succeed. - Enjoys assisting others.
