Technical Support Engineer L1

As a candidate for the position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, specializing in Computer Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Electronics. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: - Firewall knowledge: You will be responsible for firewall configuration, firewall policy configuration, network interface configuration, routing, bridge mode configuration, and other related tasks. - Networking knowledge: Your role will involve working with TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, BGP, ARP, and other networking protocols. - Advance features configuration: You will be expected to configure advanced features such as IPsec VPN, L2TP VPN, SSL VPN, HA, URL/application filtering, Antispam configuration, IPS, ATP, and SSL deep inspect. - Troubleshooting: You will troubleshoot network issues, firewall problems, perform packet captures, utilize telnet and SSH, and address URL/browsing accessibility issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Electronics. - Minimum 1 to a maximum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to work from the client location. - Ability to work in a flexible environment.
