Technical Support Engineer L1

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on Computer Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Electronics. You should have a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field. Your responsibilities will include firewall configuration, firewall policy configuration, network interface configuration, routing, and bridge mode configuration. Additionally, you should possess networking knowledge including TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, BGP, and ARP. You should also be familiar with advanced features such as IPsec VPN, L2TP VPN, SSL VPN, HA, URL/application filtering, Antispam configuration, IPS, ATP, and SSL deep inspect. As part of your role, you will be expected to troubleshoot network issues, firewall problems, perform packet captures, utilize telnet and SSH, and address URL/browsing accessibility issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position. The position may require you to work from the client's location and in a flexible environment.
