Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for HP hardware (laptops, desktops, printers).

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware and basic networking.

• Assist customers in resolving LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity problems.

• Guide customers through standard troubleshooting steps.

• Coordinate with internal support teams to meet SLA requirements.

• Log, track, and document all customer queries and solutions.

• Provide a superior customer experience through active listening and clear

communication.

• Share feedback to improve processes and service delivery.

• Support customers across PAN India & global regions: AMS, EMEA, and GA.
