Hiring for Deloitte with J2W Payroll

Below are the mandatory criteria that we need:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills. For Tech role They need to have good Technical skills (good knowledge on system troubleshooting, office 365 troubleshooting, Active directory, networking, OS- windows 10 troubleshooting).
We are good to proceed with undergrad profiles, however these candidates will continue working with us as contractors and will not be converted as FTEs. Request you to set expectations with the candidates before proceeding ahead.
Experience:
3 months - 3 year for Tech support. 3 months 2 years for non-tech support.
Shift timings:-
rotational shift , candidate should be flexible working in night shifts
Contract Tenure:-
6months. To be extended basis performance. Conversion will happen basis performance and business need.
