Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT support, including hardware, networking, and systems administration. This role requires a strong ability to troubleshoot and maintain core IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for infrastructure-related issues (hardware, networking, systems).
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, and backups.
• Respond promptly to internal support requests via email, calls, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues, printer configurations, and system performance problems.
• Perform installation and configuration of operating systems, hardware, and software.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT asset maintenance and replacements.
• Maintain endpoint security, antivirus systems, and patch management.
• Keep accurate documentation of issues, solutions, inventory, and maintenance logs.
• Assist in system audits, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Support the setup and configuration of devices for new joiners and relocations.
• Willing to travel to other branches or locations when required for infrastructure support.

Qualifications

• Any UG/PG Degree with strong computer and networking knowledge.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Support.
• Good understanding of desktop/laptop hardware, printers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Basic knowledge of server and network monitoring tools.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure situations.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support team members as needed.
