Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Gurugram. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering excellent customer support and service. The role will require analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently. You'll be working closely with customers to ensure their technical needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
